Delivery Information
Smaller items under 29.9kg are charged at a standard shipping rate of $20.
Large and heavy items are shipped using bulky freight. A $100 bulky freight deposit is charged at checkout for these items, and final delivery costs are confirmed before dispatch.
After your order is placed, we will contact you if a final freight quote is required. If the final freight cost is lower than the deposit, we will refund the difference. If it is higher, we will confirm the extra amount before proceeding.
If you do not wish to proceed after the final delivery cost is confirmed, you may cancel your order for a full refund before dispatch.
5 Year Guarantee
Our heavy duty beds are built for demanding commercial environments and are backed by a 5 year frame guarantee for peace of mind.
The guarantee covers manufacturing defects, structural faults and frame failure under normal use.
Our mattresses are covered separately, with a 3 year warranty on the foam core and a 1 year warranty on the water resistant zipped cover.
If a problem occurs, we will supply replacement parts or a replacement bed frame where necessary to resolve the issue quickly.
These beds are already widely used in hostels, worker accommodation and institutional settings across North America.
Each frame is engineered with reinforced steel construction and a 225kg platform load rating, ensuring reliable performance in high-use environments.
