Large and heavy items are shipped using bulky freight. A $100 bulky freight deposit is charged at checkout for these items, and final delivery costs are confirmed before dispatch.
After your order is placed, we will contact you if a final freight quote is required. If the final freight cost is lower than the deposit, we will refund the difference. If it is higher, we will confirm the extra amount before proceeding.
If you do not wish to proceed after the final delivery cost is confirmed, you may cancel your order for a full refund before dispatch.

Our mattresses are covered separately, with a 3 year warranty on the foam core and a 1 year warranty on the water resistant zipped cover.
